im quite bz with work and life.penat dowk pikir masalah semua.i went to kampung last 2 week for musim buah.really2 enjoyed it.both mom and dad and alsofamily akak ada balik gak.

Case 2 = Problem with Transformer Rectifier.

I'm struggling with this problem dari pagi tadi nak cari solution.mmg mangkuk betul lah.why he told me last minute.anyway the rectifier require three phase AC 380V 50 Hz DC 0 to 1.i thought banggunan ni cuma single phase 240V saje cz he told me.so aku study lah mcm maner nak convert the phase and sampai bleh buat the transformer rectifier ON lah.tak mcm mangkuk lak kan aku call keliling member2 aku cz aku nak cari confirmation.bila im quite closed to the answer and dah abis banyak modal tepon diaorg yg mostly using CELCOM cz im Maxis's user, he told me yg banggunan ni mmg installed 3phase 415 Volt 50Hz.wut the heck??

im going to ask them to buy Voltage regulator only lah.tak payah benda2 laen yg yg aku pikir mcm mahal sgt nak beli.so work mmg suck, but im happy to trough on it!

Transformer Rectifier

The transformer rectifier yg breakdown kat onshore kat kanbauk myanmar dah sampai and dah ada kat store.since boss want me to attend that project.so aku kena study and do the trouble shooting myself.i found out ada 2 problem occurs which is the surge protector and one other thing yg aku lupa aper namer dia yg dah burned.aku rase the problem start from the surge procteror yg kena petir.since the over voltage is supply to input during lithnening attack, so surge protector cant support anymore and terbakar.this system i guess using Ai system.tapi aku tak confirm lagi.since the surge protector dah terbakor,so semua input that sent to controller dapat bacaan yg salah.thats mean value always gave zero,so controller send high voltage since input zero to support the system.since controller should not sent high voltage for long time being,benda tue dah buat controller and one card called SF2000 terbakor gak.so lagi banyak lah masalah.bila SF2000 terbakor semakin byk lah effect yg berlaku.so the solution is replaced the surge protector and satu benda ni yg aku lupa namer dia aper entah but the function likes switch.aku rase Card SF2000 dah diganti yg baru oleh client before diaorg sent to malaysia.so were no need to replaced the card.

so aku harap all the trouble shoting yg aku buat betul and i can send the transformer rectifier to kanbauk as soon as possible.parhaps aku akan gi sana sekali to meet the client alone.so aku nak benda ni settle cepat cz aku tak nak benda ni tertangguh sampai bulan puasa!!

The morning really unluck lah.aku dapat migrain attacked lagi hari ni.aku try nak take 2 minit tido.tapi aku lajak sampai 30 minit tido.kantoi ngn boss.tapi im really2 need rest, if not i cant do anything work and aku hilang fokus.

am to went office lambat 10 minute.as usual jem really2 suck!!and lalu lintas depan summit mmg selalu mcm mcm lah.ada abg2 misai semua pon tak guna.normally i spent 25minit kat depan summit for jem!!damm suck!!

Hey peeps.this is my new blog apparently the old one "http://kelabburungkelicap.tumblr.com/" is not that pretty anymore.hahaha.anyway i just brought D60 nikon.so i should find a new house to all of my incoming story lah.lagi space besar,more pict and story can be masuk kan??kan kan??as father. i should prepare keselesaan as possible utk anak2ku.hahaa..above is my first pict using my new D60 Nikon.Love it!!
